During a tune-up, we don’t cut any corners. We perform a 30-point inspection on your entire AC system every time.
Annual Heating Tune-Up
Even if your heating system is running, we will perform a 29-point inspection on your entire heating system every season.
Automatic Scheduling
We keep track of your maintenance schedule so you don’t have to. We will contact you when it’s time to schedule your maintenance visits.

Spring/Summer A/C Inspection
- Inspect cooling coil
- Inspect primary & secondary drains
- Inspect outdoor condenser coil
- Inspect operation pressures for proper refrigerant charge
- Adjust blower components
- Monitor AC cycle
- Monitor voltage & amp. draw on all motors
- Tighten all loose electrical connections
- Ensure the thermostat is operable
Fall/Winter Heating Inspection
- Adjust blower components
- Test safety controls
- Monitor furnace cycle
- Adjust gas pressure
- Check for cracked heat exchanger
- Monitor flue draft for safe operation
- Inspect for safety issues
- Check & adjust ignition operation
- Adjust airflow for proper temperature use
- Tighten all loose electrical connections
- Monitor voltage & amp. draw on all motors
- Ensure the thermostat is operable
